Nationally, tens-of-thousands of high-paying jobs go unfilled every year. At the same time, many of our urban & rural areas are plagued with multi-generational welfare dependency, which leads to high crime rates, an economy which generates little tax base and generations of people with few employable workforce skills.
M2 Transportation Group partners with local non-profits and economic development commissions for the purposes of providing employment training within the transportation industry and integrated consumer and social services to culturally at-risk populations in major cities throughout the United States.
Our Training program has several educational tracks:
- Commercial Drivers License (CDL) Training
- Introduction to transportation careers
- Economically disadvantaged persons
- Veterans
- Women
- High School Graduates (intrastate until aged 21)
- Enabling drivers in a ‘forgotten’ industry to obtain CDL License
- Continuing Education
- Specialized Endorsements (tanker, hazardous materials)
- Securement Training (Flatbed and Heavy/Over-dimensional Freight)
- Back Office Training
- Sales
- Dispatching
